We have designed it to be easy to use so that you can get to see what you want quickly

When we first started to sell trophies we did by catalogue. Today it still remains an important part of our business as it helps us maintain a personal service which we think is important.

How long will it take for my trophy or award to arrive?
We prefer to work to your event date. Our aim would be to deliver 5 working days before you need them. In an ideal world we would require about 5 - 7 days, however, some orders, for instance those with complex logo engraving, or delivery abroad may take longer.

Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
At the moment no. We hope to have an on-line payment system soon. In the meantime please send us your order, we will work out the cost and ask you to phone with your card details. Please don't email these as this is not a safe method.

Please note all custom items must be paid for on order.

Are there any hidden costs ?
No. These are the only charges that apply

UK VAT at 17.5% for all UK and EU customers (unless to a business)
Delivery charges:
- £12.50 for standard UK delivery (next day service)
- £8.00 for lighter items

Please note that delivery charges are per order; the price is the same regardless of the number or weight of items ordered.

Can you engrave my logo?
Yes. Outstanding Awards can take any logo or design supplied by a customer and process it into a format suitable for engraving. If you intend to have a logo engraved on your trophy or award, please contact us with as much detail as you can - this will include a copy of the logo and the product code for the item that you wish to purchase. How much does logo engraving cost?
Our prices for glass engraving are highly competitive. Please allow at least 2 weeks. Engraving details must be supplied by email or clearly written fax

Do you take orders from outside the UK?
Yes. Outstanding Awards are happy to accept orders from customers within the European Union and the United States.
