1. All sizes and capacities are approximate and are for guideline usage only.

2. Pictures are for illustratative purposes only and products may differ slightly from the pictures seen.

3. All prices and special offers are subject to product availability and may change at any time

4. In the unlikely event that a product is not available we will contact you to discuss suitable alternative  products. You do however have the right to cancel your order should the requested product be unavailable.

5. Should a product be out of stock, we will let you know the next expected delivery date is and establish whether this date will meet your requirements.

6. We aim to deliver the goods to your door within 12 working days of your order subject to stock availability.

7. Payment terms for approved account customers are strictly NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice.

8 Overdue accounts accrue interest charges of 5% per month.

9 No responsibility for errors will be accepted on orders placed verbally or by telephone unless confirmed in writing before commencement of manufacture.

10 We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary.

11 The customer accepts responsibility for all printing ordered and indemnifies Darlow Rosettes against copyright or propriety rights infringements.

12. Upon receipt of your order a email should be sent to you confirming your order details. You have up to 48 hours to amend any details . After 48 hours you will be liable for the full cost of the order.

13. All of our prices listed on our site are plus VAT.

14. Engraving layout is at the discretion of our professional engraving team. In the unlikely event there is a problem with any received engraved items please contact us to discuss the matter. All engraving details must be clearly worded. We cannot accept responsibility for items engraved wrongly where there is unclear or inconsistent  instructions.
